*Overview*

We are looking for an individual to lead and manage my global clients UK based project team. Working on major projects across the UK up to £50m in value, the subcontractor I am working on behalf of are looking for an experienced and confident Lifting and Rigging Supervisor to lead and deliver multiple complexed projects simultaneously. Due to offshore growth - a Leeds office has opened up, hence the opening.

As would be expected the Construction function is at the core of the business, being responsible for coordinating requirements for the safe and timely installation, modification and dismantle of all our equipment, the Lifting and Rigging Supervisor will operate within the Construction function and be part of the delivery team.

Whilst deployed to a project(s), the Lifting and Rigging Supervisor will be responsible to the Construction Superintendent and will interface with functional leads within the business as required to advise work status and to expedite the delivery of the construction activities.

_Preferred Background - Industrial, Tower Crane, Off Shore, Oil and Gas, Major infrastructure_

* Experience in a leadership role relative to the position
* Workforce management
* IT demonstrated skills
* Strong Leadership Skills
* Minimum 6 years within the Construction Industry (cranes & rigging)
* Minimum 1 years in a supervisory role
